A Physical Education teacher's glossary

20 Physical Education terms

My name is Oceane, I have been studying Social Science for two years. I am planning to continue my studies in Physical Education at the university. Studying Social Science was beneficial in a certain way because I learned how and why society acts the way it does. But now, I want to learn how the effect of sports can improve the society and help others feel better. In a term of improving, sport is really beneficial for the health. It is a good way to relieve pressure and bring out our repressed feelings. I think it is really important to teach the importance of sports at a younger age. That's why I want to teach Physical Education in high school. I want to let them find the perfect sport that will give them a purpose in live and a way to escape of reality. I made this glossary to help students understand the primary words that I will use in a normal course. I found all of the information online in different dictionaries. I want my reader to take this information and use it in their common life to improve their language about the human body, and it ways to stay healthy and strong.
